The Casa del Conde apartment, “The Home of the Count”, is situated on the first floor of this sevillian house. This luxurious suite of rooms is 330 m2 and sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are full equipped to serve up to 22 diners in fine style at the huge table beneath a magnificent Bohemian crystal chandelier. The apartment includes an exquisitely decorated library and lounge, a comfortable living room with piano, television and 2 courtesy toilets. This apartment occupies the entire first floor of the building, open to the courtyards and to calle San Jose (Sevilla), providing an extremely privileged place to entertain and enjoy the sevillian Semana Santa processions that pass directly below the balconies.

The irregular shape and layout of this apartment follow the original plans. The living area consists of the impressive dining room, the living room with a round table, a comfortable and spacious sofa, reading corner, TV, DVD and piano, and the library, with an antique desk, bookshelves and seating areas.
